- 4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 egg large size
- 3 tbsp Stevia
- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 Pinch salt
Preheat oven to 350F°.
Mix cocoa powder and stevia. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat the egg until it looks soft. This will help the lava cake to rise when baking.
Add the egg, cream, vanilla, baking powder, and salt to the cocoa and stevia mixture. Mix until well combined.
Spray 2 muffin cups with cooking spray and pour in the mixture. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Make sure not to overbake, so it can get the soft mixture in the middle.
Serve and enjoy!
Note: The ingredients are enough to make 2 servings. You can make 2 small cakes or 1 big cake and cut in half to serve.
