PERFECTLY DELICIOUS TOLLHOUSE PIE

mixing the sweetness of a chocolate chip cookie and placing it in a pie crust

Ingredients

  • 1 9″ unbaked pie shell
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c flour
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 c butter, melted and cooled
  • 1 c chocolate chips
  • 1 c chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy.
  2. Beat in flour and sugars until well blended.
  3. Add butter and blend.
  4. Stir in chips and nuts.
  5. Pour into unbaked pie shell.
  6. bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  7. Serve warm with ice cream.
