For the cupcakes

  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 eggs

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

For the chocolate ganache

  • 4 oz. dark chocolate
  • 1/3 cup full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated
