Slow Cooker Tomato Spinach Soup (Weight Watchers)

2 medium carrots, chopped
2 medium stalks celery, chopped
1 large onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 cup low sodium vegetable broth
1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
12 tsp crushed red pepper flakes


  1. Place all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on High for 5 hours or Low for 8-10 hours.
  3. Remove bay leaves, stir, and serve.
